2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website www.maemeli.com between the company SAS ORKA (referred to as "the Seller") and any individual making a purchase (referred to as "the Customer").

3. Products

The items offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs on the site are non-contractual. Products are available while stocks last.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent automatically after order validation.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Any delivery fees are indicated before order validation.
Mae Meli reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.
Transactions are secured via the Shopify Payments platform.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 3 business days.
They are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are those of the carriers used (La Poste, Colissimo, etc.) and may vary depending on the destination.

Mae Meli cannot be held responsible for any delay beyond its control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The customer must return the products, at their own expense, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, to the address indicated in the confirmation email.

9. Refund

Once the returned items have been received and verified, Mae Meli will process the refund via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 business days.

10. Legal Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

11. Personal Data

Mae Meli collects and processes its customers' personal data solely for the purpose of managing orders and customer relations.
This data is never resold or transmitted to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, each customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, upon simple request by email to: melimaecontact@yahoo.com

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.maemeli.com, including texts, photos, logos, and designs, are protected by current intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of SAS ORKA's registered office.
